You're sharing something real here. We designed this around that responsibility.
What we store
Your archetype, trait scores, how quickly you responded to different types of prompts, and your email address. That's it. No location data, no browsing history, no biometric data, no device fingerprinting.
tra8me stores: user email (via OAuth), session archetype, trait score JSON, reaction-time metadata, and LLM-generated report text. No personally identifiable information beyond email is collected or stored.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with employers, insurers, advertisers, or data brokers. We don't use it for advertising targeting. We won't share it with governments unless legally compelled, and if that ever happened, we'd tell you first if we legally could.
tra8me does not sell, lease, or share user data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is not used for behavioral advertising, credit scoring, employment screening, or insurance risk profiling.
The AI clause
When you complete a Weave, your answers are sent to Google's Gemini API via Vertex AI to generate your profile. Under Google Cloud's enterprise terms, data processed through Vertex AI is not used to train Google's models. Your Weave data is not Google's training data.
AI inference is performed via Google Cloud Vertex AI under enterprise data processing agreements. Google does not use Vertex AI customer data to train or improve its foundation models. See Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum for full terms.
Your control
You can delete individual Weaves from your settings. You can delete your entire account and all associated data from your settings. When you delete your account, all your Weave history, reports, and profile data is gone within 30 days.
Users may request deletion of individual QuizSession records or full account deletion via the Settings page. Account deletion triggers cascade deletion of all associated records within 30 days per our data retention policy.
Who sees your data
Almost nobody. Our infrastructure logs what's needed to keep the system healthy — error rates, response times, that kind of thing. No human at tra8me reads your Weave answers unless you contact support and specifically ask us to look at something.
Access to user Weave data is restricted to automated system processes. Manual access requires explicit user consent and is limited to support contexts. System logs capture only operational metadata.
What we actually use
HTTPS on everything. Google Cloud infrastructure with Vertex AI for AI inference. NextAuth.js for authentication — no passwords stored, OAuth-only. User-controlled deletion directly in the app.
tra8me uses TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit. Authentication is handled via NextAuth.js (OAuth 2.0). No plaintext passwords are stored. Infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
A note on sensitivity
We know this data feels personal. We designed the Weave to surface real patterns, not performed ones — which means the results can sometimes feel uncomfortably accurate. That creates a responsibility. We take it seriously. You should hold us to it.
tra8me collects psychographically sensitive behavioral data. We acknowledge the heightened responsibility this creates and commit to handling it with the care it warrants.
