Do not use the results of this platform as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts & Registration

You may use our platform anonymously without creating an account. However, opting to create an account allows you to save your results and track your cognitive weave over time. If you choose to create an account (e.g., via Google Sign-In), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not use another person's account without authorization.

4. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Anonymous weaves are temporarily stored during your session and are not linked to a personal identity. If you create an account, your weave results are stored securely in our database to allow you to track your progress over time. By using tra8me, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use tra8me only for its intended purpose. You may not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to mass-submit assessments.
Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or your weave results. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tra8me and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any insights generated from it.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
